At Pretty Organised, we are committed to delivering a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Please review the following information regarding our shipping procedures.

We offer nationwide delivery across New Zealand, including rural addresses.

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $250.00

     

  • Estimated Delivery Timeframes

    Pretty Organised Products

    • South Island: 1–3 business days

    • North Island: 2–4 business days

    • Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

    All Pretty Organised orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email.

    Distributed Brands (e.g. Kates Kitchen, Williamsware, Seymours & Umbra)
    As authorised distributors for a selection of other brands, please note these items may take up to 7 business days to be dispatched. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

    If your order contains a mix of Pretty Organised products and distributed brands, items may arrive in separate packages.

General Shipping Information

  • Please ensure all delivery details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information.

  • We are not liable for delays once the parcel is in the hands of the courier service, but we will do our best to assist with tracking and resolution.
