We've all been there: halfway through a baking session, only to find the brown sugar has set like a brick. This little terracotta disc is a simple, practical fix. It clips neatly to the underside of your OXO POP container lid, quietly keeping your brown sugar soft, fresh and ready whenever you need it.

It's one of those small additions that makes a pantry work better day to day. No chiselling and no wasted sugar. Just open the lid and scoop.

Designed to clip onto OXO POP lids, but it’ll happily keep brown sugar soft in any airtight container. Just pop it on top.

How it works

• Soak the disc in water for 15 minutes
• Pat it dry and clip it to the underside of your POP lid
• Not using POP containers? Simply sit the soaked, patted-dry disc on top of your brown sugar in any airtight container
• Re-soak whenever your sugar starts to firm up again

Good to know

• Reusable, food-safe terracotta
• Fits our 600ml, 1.6L, 2.6L and 3.5L POP rectangle containers
• Best match: the 1.6L rectangle, which comfortably holds a 1kg bag of brown sugar
• Wipe clean only. No soap, because terracotta is porous and absorbs it
